About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and empowering Employment Support Worker to join our growing Townsville team. You will provide support for people with a disability to live independently and maintain their best possible social wellbeing. You will support our customers to achieve their personal goals and to live satisfying lives in our community. Being a customer‐centric role, you will work with a wide range of customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting our customers to achieve their goals

* Transporting customers to & from services & activities
* Maintaining & establishing links to community
* Promoting independent decision making
* Working within the principles of person‐centred practice

About You

You are a passionate and dedicated individual who is looking to make a difference in the community. As a people person, you pride yourself on exceptional customer service and the ability to provide a high level of support to our customers with complex needs.

Essential Criteria

* Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
* Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain)
* NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
