Senior Account Executive, FINPRO Corporate

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our esteemed FINPRO Corporate team based in Brisbane.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and growing our financial lines client portfolio.
Your primary responsibilities include cultivating strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service, managing risk and insurance program administration, and actively contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and nurture a financial lines client portfolio.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by proactively understanding and responding to their needs.
Implement renewal and broking strategies tailored to client requirements.
Liaise with the Claims team to safeguard client interests and ensure timely claims settlement.
Foster sound working relationships with insurers and participate in negotiations.
Oversee renewals, credit control, and reporting for the client portfolio.
Identify and act upon new business opportunities, whether new or expanded.
Introduce new products or broader policies when appropriate.
Adhere strictly to company policies, quality practices, and established systems and procedures.
Comply fully with the company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy.
Collaborate with Marsh Client Operations (MCO) to ensure timely and accurate document production, reporting, and processing.
Mentor and support the development of Assistant Account Executives and Account Executives.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Insurance Experience: Minimum of 3 years in general or financial lines insurance broking.
Communication: Clear and effective communication skills.
Autonomous Work: Ability to work independently within a multi-skilled team.
Pressure Management: Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage workloads, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
Client Focus: Strong dedication to client service, with a knack for anticipating and exceeding client needs.

Confidentiality: Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Administration: Sound business administration skills.
Software Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Educational and Professional Requirements
Insurance Qualification: Holds a Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher.
Compliance Training: Completed company-directed compliance training.
