Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our organisation. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
The successful candidate will have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, leases, and property documents. You will also be required to advise on disputes and problem-solving contractor matters, as well as support the organisation in responding to disclosures and subpoenas.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, leases, and property documents
* Advise on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including disputes and problem-solving contractor issues
* Support the organisation in responding to disclosures and subpoenas
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* 4-5 years' post-admission experience in commercial, corporate, or property law
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
* Confidence working across a wide range of legal matters with sound judgement and commercial acumen
