Prensa has a unique hybrid offer for graduates willing to learn a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, making each day varied. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and will be expected to quickly understand and apply technical concepts related to NATA accreditation, laboratory analytical techniques and Australian/International Standards guidance materials. The role is designed to transition analysts from the laboratory environment to a field based HSE consulting role. Initially training will involve working in Prensa’s NATA accredited laboratory for a period of time after which you will receive training to support your move into the field and a broader consulting role. During your time in the laboratory, you will perform some of the following tasks:
* Bulk sample analysis (asbestos identification);
* Asbestos & SMF fibre counting;
* Scientific reporting of analytical results;
* Equipment calibrations;
* Maintenance of laboratory assets (including calibrations);
* Laboratory supply stocktake and ordering; and
* Adhoc admin tasks for the laboratory.

Eligibility criteria:
* Hold a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (some company pool cars available);
* Have the capacity to travel within Australia;
* Be an Australian citizen or be a permanent resident;
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
* Have completed a relevant undergraduate or post-graduate degree; and
* Available to start as soon as possible.
