We are seeking for a experienced CDP to join our Kitchen Team @Doc Hughes in Torquay Victoria. We take great pride of our work and have fun while cooking good food .
The ideal applicant will possess the following:
* Previous experience working in high volume and fast paced venues.
* Phenomenal attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of food is produced, consistently.
* Superior communication, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
* An understanding of the importance of working within a team environment.
* Have a passion for fusion style of food and stay up to date with trends and new techniques.
* Experience on running busy kitchen sections.
* Flexibility to work across various shifts including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
* Having some experience in breaky service is a plus.
* Full working rights in Australia.
