Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling tickets, making announcements, assisting passengers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the station.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell Myki and V/Net tickets to customers
* Making platform announcements to keep customers informed
* Assisting passengers with queries and concerns
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the station and its facilities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Successful completion of Year 10 or equivalent
* Ability to work independently and proactively without supervision
* Ability to adapt to changing environments
* Previous experience in a customer service and operational environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
