About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, medium-sized organisation in the Transport & Distribution sector. They are known for their efficient services and commitment to delivering quality outcomes for their clients.

Job Description
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparation of documentation and reports.
* Maintain and update client records in the company's database.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
* Respond to client and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
* Monitor and manage sales-related correspondence and communications.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Admin should have:

* Previous experience in an administrative or support role within a corporate setting.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry is advantageous but not essential.
* A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
