About The Position

Kirinari Healthy Ageing offers a dynamic opportunity to join our high‐quality in‐home care services in Ballarat.

Domestic Assistants will provide a range of support services helping clients maintain wellbeing and independence in their own homes.

A typical day may include:

• Domestic assistance / basic home cleaning and tidying
• Assistance with personal care
• Assisted shopping / client appointments
• Respite care
• Meal preparation
• Social support and community engagement

Hours are generally Monday to Friday between 7 am and 7 pm and may include weekends and public holidays as required. Shifts will be shorter in duration with paid travel time between customers in a localised area, where possible.

About You

• Willing to participate in domestic duties
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
• Return a clear National Police Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willing to obtain
• Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, or willing to obtain
• Smart phone
• Current driver's licence
• Right to live and work in Australia
