Operational Excellence Lead Job Description


This key role focuses on driving operational efficiency and enhancing service performance across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and a customer-centric approach to drive business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:



* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, focusing on timely delivery, high service levels, and customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, to optimize workflow and minimize friction.

* Partner with stakeholders to contribute to national improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process improvements and implementing effective solutions.

* Support the development of strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations through exceptional service delivery.

* Maintain accurate records, monitoring performance metrics and service KPIs to inform strategic decisions.



Requirements:



* A strong background in Customer Experience, with experience in leading teams or projects.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes through clear communication and practical problem-solving.

* Ability to work collaboratively, think commercially, and challenge inefficiencies when identified.

* Familiarity with systems, processes, and data, with a focus on creating order from complex information.

* Capacity to navigate dynamic environments, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
