Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including record keeping and filing.
* Represent the organization in a positive light to potential residents and their families.
* Utilize sales skills to secure new referrals and negotiate agreements.
* Conduct cold calls to identify new business opportunities.
