We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team at a premium eco-resort in Byron Bay.


About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel reception, with a strong background in MS Office skills and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional service to guests from check-in to farewell.
* Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
* Manage guest interactions efficiently and effectively.


Requirements:

* 2+ years' experience in hotel reception
* Strong MS Office skills
