About the Role
The Northern Territory's remote landscapes are home to a diverse array of flora and fauna, but one invasive species threatens to disrupt the delicate balance of this ecosystem. Gamba grass, a highly flammable and aggressive weed, has been wreaking havoc on the region's natural beauty for decades.

Your Responsibilities
* Assist in the implementation of strategic gamba grass management activities through the provision of training and on-ground assistance working alongside project partners in survey and control activities;
* Survey and record gamba infestations in the gamba eradication zone and collect accurate weed-focused project data;
* Plan and participate in the implementation of strategic gamba management and evaluate and report internally on project outcomes;
* Assist in the management of remote logistics and survey control activities;
* Assist project-funded partners to comply with contractual requirements, data collection, and reporting;
