About the roleIn this senior leadership role, you will oversee technology strategy, cyber security, enterprise architecture and data management standards. You’ll guide a high‑performing team and partner with executives to deliver secure, scalable and modern technology platforms that enable exceptional member experience.
What you’ll be doingLead and implement the bank’s technology, data and information security strategyOversee secure, resilient and high‑performing infrastructure, applications and networksDrive technology governance, regulatory compliance and cyber security upliftLead enterprise architecture and ensure systems are scalable and interoperableManage critical technology partners, vendors and service providersBuild, mentor and develop a talented Technology & Security teamOversee IT risk management, disaster recovery and business continuity frameworksSupport major technology initiatives, digital uplift and innovation projects across the bank
What you’ll bring10+ years’ senior technology leadership experience (financial services ideal)Strong background in cyber security, enterprise architecture and data managementProven experience developing and executing technology strategyExcellent stakeholder leadership and communication skillsA collaborative, people‑first leadership styleAbility to balance strategic thinking with operational executionStrong understanding of technology risk, governance and regulatory requirements (e.g. APRA CPS 234)
