* Deliver Short Courses (5-day blocks) designed to support people with the skills needed for employment

About you
* Willingness to travel to other sites
* An inclusive and supportive approach to people
* Be a driven, supportive and community minded person
* Able to work with a range of learners to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
* Experience in delivering work ready skills and digital literacy training
* Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
* Ability to identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
VET
* Must have Cert III in Business or Business Admin, (preferably trainer with experience with the BSB training Package)
* Relevant qualifications and industry currency
* Willing to travel
* Must hold a current up to date TAE40116 including TAELLN411 or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502A or 502B
