About the Role
The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, ensuring governance, compliance, financial oversight, and development of a strong team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Overseeing operations across two hubs, ensuring smooth delivery of care and support services.
 * Leading, coaching, and empowering hub managers and their teams to achieve excellence.
 * Ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical governance requirements.
 * Driving continuous improvement in client experience, service quality, and outcomes.
 * Traveling between sites and contributing to business growth.
 * Building strong stakeholder relationships across teams, clients, and communities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess:
 * Proven leadership experience in aged care, health, or community services.
 * AHPRA registration.
 * Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and quality frameworks.
 * Track record in managing teams across multiple sites or regions.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
 * Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
 * Commitment to person-centered, values-based care.
