Position
Permanent SonographerJob Ad Reference No.: 1568652North Queensland, near Townsville.
Salary – $55- $60 per hour negotiable to reflect level of experience
Responsibilities
* Perform a wide range of ultrasound procedures: General, Small Parts, Vascular, MSK, and Pregnancy scans.
* Work independently and as part of a team; manage worklists and handle urgent cases.
* Assist and potentially supervise/train junior staff.
* Maintain high-quality imaging and reporting standards.
Qualifications
* Current ASAR registration; CPR certificate preferred.
* Experience working independently and collaboratively within a team of medical imaging professionals.
Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $55 – $60 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
* 5 weeks of annual leave; relocation assistance including accommodation support.
* Flexible, part-time or full-time role with standard hours 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (part-time option minimum 2 days per week).
* Relocation assistance including initial accommodation support; scenic North Queensland location.
