Elevate your career with a rewarding contract supporting a prominent State Government Department. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-level administrative expertise to a well-regarded team.

Core Responsibilities
* Management of day to day office requirements.
* Document control, reporting and correspondence management.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Navigating multiple email accounts and managing daily business operations.
* Act as a central point of contact for committee's, coordinating documentation, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
Required Experience
* Direct experience within government departments is highly desired.
* Advanced skills in office software; MS Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Exceptional written and verbal skills for all stakeholder engagement.
* You must hold a current satisfactory police clearance.
* Must be available immediately.
