Enterprise Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to drive business growth and retention for our software across Tier 1 and enterprise mining clients in APAC.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and ability to navigate complex licence renewals and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop account management plans to maximise growth and retention
* Lead contract negotiations and multi-license renewals
* Maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders
* Collaborate with operations teams to define scope and opportunities
* Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned to targets
* Provide strategic market feedback to product, sales, and leadership teams
* Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM records
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Senior experience in Enterprise Account Manager role
* Ideal experience with our products or similar mining technology
* Proven success in enterprise contract negotiation and licence management
* Experience influencing C-level stakeholders
