We are seeking a Veteran Case Progress Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring every veteran’s matter continues to progress efficiently, professionally, and without delay.
This is a structured, process-driven role focused on case coordination, workflow management, and maintaining momentum across all client files.
Our Mission
We are committed to overcoming barriers to veteran wellbeing by providing structured, professional, and ethical support throughout the claims process.
About the Role
You will sit at the centre of our operations, ensuring that no file is left without a clear next step.

* Maintain clear and accurate case notes within our CRM system
* Assign and coordinate tasks across the team to ensure progression
* Monitor outstanding actions and follow up to prevent delays

* Manage documentation and ensure files are organised and audit-ready
* Escalate urgent or high-risk matters when required
* Ensure every file has a clear next action and responsible owner
About You
* Experience in a legal secretary, case coordination, or administrative role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
* Confident working within systems and following processes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Professional, reliable, and solutions-focused
Experience working with veterans or within the DVA space is highly regarded, but not essential.
