Our principal dentist, Alex Park has had academic experience at the University of Western Australia. He knows what it takes to support mentor graduate dentists to reach their full potential.

• One on one mentorship with Principal dentist with diverse experience across restorative, preventive, emergency, prosthodontic, and surgical dentistry. You will be treated as an individual with respect.
• Structured onboarding to help you build confidence in diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery
• Hands-on experience in the full scope of general dentistry, including but not limited to:
* Preventive and periodontal care o Direct and indirect restorations o Fixed and removable prosthodontics
* Paediatric dentistry
* Extractions, including surgical
* Endodontic procedures
• Supportive team culture, with collaborative treatment planning and open clinical discussions
• Autonomy as your competence grows, with plenty of clinical freedom when you're ready
Key role responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care across all aspects of general dentistry
• Participate in case discussions and clinical reviews with your mentor(s)
• Help educate patients on oral health and preventative care
• Record accurate clinical notes and maintain treatment documentation
• Contribute positively to our team culture, with a focus on collaboration and respect
• Be open to ongoing learning and feedback
Position details
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (no evenings or weekends)
• Start Date: December 2025 - January 2026
Ideal candidate
For someone at the beginning of their professional journey, an enthusiastic recent or soon-to-be graduate of a Bachelor of Dental Surgery / Doctor of Dental Medicine / Doctor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent to be registered under the Dental Board of Australia), who is ready to step into their career with humility, curiosity, and commitment.
