**The Opportunity**
The purpose of the Lead Scheduler is being accountable for development of high-level planning baselines and detailed activity scheduling, in accordance with the ISS planning framework developed from the Last Planner model.
**What's involved**
- Accountable for the development of high-level schedules and project baselines to support operational capacity planning and program delivery planning of ISS contracts.
- Accountable to develop detailed project and activity schedules for each team delivering products within ISS contracts.
- Accountable for managing all scheduling and team managers are delivering consistency and maintaining accurate reliable schedules.
- Accountable for developing Earned Value Management reporting and variance controls in conjunction with cost controllers and sustainment managers.
- Accountable to continually improve the effectiveness of the scheduling and reporting system, interacting with internal and external stakeholders regularly to ensure the system continues to evolve.
**You'll need**
**_ Essential_**
- 10 years of experience, in which 5 years in a Leadership role, in marine, complex manufacturing or construction industries.
- Minimum certificate 101, 102 Primavera training / or relevant experience working in a Primavera scheduling role.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Results orientated, pursues improvements and outcomes while maintaining risk awareness.

- Trade or relevant technical qualification.
