Lead Marketing Copywriter
We're on a mission to revolutionize the way we communicate with our customers and stakeholders. As our first Lead Marketing Copywriter, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice and messaging across all channels.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining a cohesive brand voice that resonates with our target audience. This includes developing tone of voice guidelines, championing consistency across teams, and editing and proofreading content to ensure high editorial standards.
Other key responsibilities include collaborating with design, product, marketing, and sales teams to assess project needs and support required with messaging, implementing a copy briefing process to achieve timelines while ensuring brand voice is always achieved, researching and understanding briefs clearly addressing stakeholder needs, target audiences, thorough online or internal searches/education, and review existing research completed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a lead copywriter, preferably on the client side rather than agency
* Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
* Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
* Strong attention to detail
