About the Role

* We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support our Legal team with administrative tasks and optimise the use of internal systems to process information.
* This is a full-time, permanent position based in our office, where you will be the first point of contact for clients, making meaningful, long-lasting impact every day.
* You will cultivate strong relationships and trust through empathy and understanding, interpreting client needs and connecting them with the right legal team members.
* As an Administration Assistant, you will apply your keen eye across general filing, indexing medical records, requesting documents, processing expenses, photocopying, mail management, and archiving management to spot opportunities for improvement.
* You will respond to inbound calls, couriers, and emails from clients, preparation of new client documents, ensuring they feel looked after, supported, and heard.
* The role also involves assisting with preparing matters for conference and hearing, including collating briefs to Counsel and experts, legal searches, preparation of court and legal documents, and general correspondence.
* Additionally, you will proactively provide chargeable and non-chargeable support to our Legal team with general administrative duties, in order to obtain maximum compensation for clients, from file opening to closure.
