Lead Perioperative Pharmacy Care
Metro South Health is seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacist (Perioperative) to join the Pharmacy Department within Logan–Beaudesert Health Service. This permanent part‐time HP4 role (30.4 hours per fortnight) delivers high‐quality clinical pharmacy services across the Surgical Admission Unit, Operating Theatres and Post Anaesthetic Care Unit, working within a collaborative interprofessional team to support optimal perioperative patient care.
About This Role
You will deliver advanced perioperative pharmacy services while supporting quality medication management and service improvement.
* Provide clinical pharmacy services across SAU, theatres and PACU
* Act as a clinical resource for surgical, anaesthetic and pharmacy teams
* Lead quality improvement, education and perioperative medication initiatives
About You
* High‐level knowledge delivering pharmacy services in perioperative settings
* Strong communication and ability to provide clinical advice to teams
* Experience supervising staff and contributing to service improvement activities
