Keyfocusareas:
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads the full Finance portfolio, including Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, and Procurement. You will act as the organisation's financial steward—driving commercial performance, enabling innovation, strengthening governance, and building a high-performing, future-ready finance function.

Ideally CPA/CA qualified, with deep experience leading finance functions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You bring:
Technical Expertise:
* Advanced financial and commercial acumen, with technical excellence across financial governance, statutory reporting.
* Proven capability in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, Activity-Based Costing, and financial modelling for tenders, diversification, M&A, or investment decisions.
* High proficiency in BI tools, predictive analytics, data-driven insights, and financial systems optimisation, with a strong track record in digital transformation and process automation.
* Experience designing and developing high-performing finance teams, uplifting financial literacy across executives, and embedding modern finance structures.
* A visible, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent leader who inspires confidence across executive, board, and community stakeholders.
Your First 90 Days
* Build alignment with the CEO and Executive Team, establishing strong partnerships across the organisation.
* Assess current financial governance, systems maturity, compliance performance, and team capability.
* Take leadership of immediate operational priorities including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
* Strengthen financial controls, risk management, and performance reporting.
* Initiate key systems and process improvements, with a focus on financial systems optimisation and BI capability uplift.
