About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join our growing team at arctic campers' in Caboolture, Queensland. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our local branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and oversee all aspects of branch operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
* Provide leadership and guidance to the branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Analyse branch performance data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with the wider management team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar branch management or senior leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
* Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and managing a team of employees
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Proficient in using relevant software and technology to manage branch operations
