The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter /Machinist for our Geraldton workshop with the relevant trade qualifications. This is not a FIFO position, the Machinist will be working locally at the TMS Workshop in Geraldton.
To be considered a suitable applicant you will require the following :
* Cert III Engineering Mechanical Trade (Machining) Qualifications
* Heidenhain CNC mill experience would be highly regarded
* Current Police Clearance - within 12 months.
* Drivers licence
* White Card
* High Risk Work Licence – FLD desirable
* Ability to work with others in a team environment.
* Commitment to working safely.
* Strong reliability, work ethic, and physical fitness.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
* Ability to use manual lathes and milling equipment.
What's on Offer
* $55 per hour, full time position
* This is an 8:6 roster at our Geraldton workshop, this is not FIFO
