The opportunity:
CSR are seeking Customer Service/Warehouse Officer to join our team at West Gosford. This role is critical in ensuring smooth inventory management, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory and distribution within the warehouse.
* Be flexible with work hours as required.
* Comply with Chain of Responsibility (COR) obligations.
* Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
* Follow Job Safety Instructions and assist with hazard inspections and audits.
* Enter and process orders accurately in SAP for Regional Area.
* Prepare customer orders efficiently and maintain high housekeeping standards.
* Build strong product and application knowledge.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with the potential to shift to 8:00am-4:00pm after the induction period.
What We're Looking For
* Current Forklift Licence with proven experience is essential.
* Experience with SAP for order entry, stock management, and inventory control is desirable.
* General computer literacy and proficiency in numerical and English skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow CSR policies and procedures.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
