Professional Growth Opportunity

This is a 24-month program that aims to equip top talent with valuable experience in all aspects of Livestock activity. The program involves four leadership and skill-building workshops, on-the-ground training, and mentors for ongoing support.

You'll have the chance to work in both saleyard and branch environments, learning effective selling and relationship-building techniques with guidance from experienced livestock employees and leaders.

Key Highlights

* Mobility after the 24-month program; you may be required to relocate to maximize your experience
* Business skills – compliance, sales and client relationship building, communication, marketing and social media, budgeting/finance, problem solving, negotiation, and leadership
* Livestock skills – next generation stock and station agency skills, livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, Auctions Plus, auctioneering, wool technical and market requirements, and emerging technology

Essential Requirements

* A strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong negotiation abilities
* Successful completion of Year 12
* Minimum 24 months experience within the Agricultural industry, ideally in Livestock
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent resident status – temporary VISA holders are not eligible
* Vaccinated or willing to receive the Q Fever vaccination
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Genuine interest in working and learning about the Livestock Industry
