This dynamic role involves identifying and securing new properties for management, developing strong relationships with clients and managing existing ones. As a key member of our property management division, you will be responsible for scouting national and local opportunities, establishing and maintaining positive business connections.
The Key Responsibilities
* To build and nurture effective client relationships to drive growth.
* Attend high-level sales meetings, training sessions and other relevant events conducted by clients.
* Deliver accurate market assessments to clients, providing expert advice on property movements and industry trends.
* Respond promptly to referrals from clients, providing regular updates on progress.
