National Dental Care's Newstead practice is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Clinical Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
As the Clinical Coordinator at our thriving NDC Newstead practice, you'll be pivotal in clinical treatment delivery. Your role will involve providing expert clinical and administrative support to practice clinicians while ensuring positive patient interactions. With your energetic nature and strong organisational skills, you'll contribute to the ongoing success of the practice and ensure patient satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
* Dental Assistant experience (3 years minimum)
* Strong computer literacy, particularly in the MS Office suite
* Previous experience with Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable
* Interest and understanding in compliance and infection control
* Previous experience with implants - preferred
You are
* Highly professional with a polished image and excellent personal presentation
* A proficient communicator, both written and oral, with meticulous attention to detail
* Extremely organised, capable of prioritising busy workloads and managing multiple demands within required timeframes
* Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic
* Available to work late nights – if required
