An understanding of case management for job seekers with barriers to employment would be beneficial, buttraining will be provided. A drivers licence is essential, travel costsare covered.
Duties
· Generateleads and source vacancies that are tailored to jobseekers’ skills
· Cultivateand maintain industry, employer, and community links
· Seekand secure new business
· Attend expos, promoting and pounding the pavements
· Analyselocal labour markets to provide coaching and advice to job seekers, employers,and team members
· Comprehensive onboarding and staff developmentprogram
