Rear Lift Driver
About the Client

What you will be doing
* Operating Rear Lift bin trucks (HR vehicles) in line with company procedures
* Completing scheduled waste collection, transport, and disposal tasks
* Loading, unloading, and securing commercial bins independently (no offsider)
* Operating hydraulic lifting equipment safely and efficiently
* Conducting daily pre-start checks and completing required documentation
* Maintaining a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and housekeeping
* Communicating professionally with customers, site staff, and the public
* Working across day, afternoon, or night shifts with varying start times
What you will need
* Valid HR or HC Driver Licence
* Proven experience in the commercial waste industry (essential)
* Experience operating Rear Lift and/or similar waste collection vehicles
* Strong understanding of safety procedures and traffic management
* Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights and early starts
* White Card (desirable)
* Forklift Licence (LF) advantageous
