Housekeeping Attendant
Clean and comfortable spaces are essential for our guests' memorable experiences. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Key responsibilities include servicing allocated guest rooms in accordance with brand standards, restocking and cleaning housekeeping trolleys, checking and restocking room supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of guest corridors.
Requirements
* A warm and caring personality is crucial for delivering exceptional service to our guests.
* Previous housekeeping experience is an asset, but not necessary as we provide comprehensive training.
* The ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming, is vital for success in this role.
* Excellent organizational skills and time management are essential for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Physically fit individuals who can perform cleaning tasks with ease are preferred.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is required.
