Ideal Candidate Criteria :
* Proven sales experience in the truck industry
* Strong customer relations skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
* In-depth understanding of the truck market and industry trends
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets within our PMA
* Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling & other means of generating interest from potential clients
* Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
* Ensure adherence to sales processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with finance, spare parts, and service departments to meet customer needs
Qualifications :
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in truck sales with a proven sales record
* Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills
* Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building capabilities
* Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Comprehensive knowledge of the heavy vehicle industry, including product knowledge and market trends
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
