Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:
Arranging social activities and community access
Providing assistance to clients with their daily living tasks
Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and assistance with personal hygiene
Domestic assistance and meal preparation
Providing companionship, friendship and community access
Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
Has NDIS Check
Current Driver's Licence (Essential)
Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
Willing to travel to Broken Hill
