Leadership Role: Youth Mental Health Recovery Program
The primary objective of the Functional Recovery Program Lead is to direct a multidisciplinary team in designing and coordinating group programs for young people in the Early Psychosis service.
* Coordinate the delivery of multidisciplinary team-led programs
* Oversee the design and implementation of the Family and Friends Program
* Support young individuals in the Early Psychosis service by providing guidance and expertise
For this position, a recognized tertiary qualification and advanced skills in clinical mental health are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a collaborative team in delivering youth-focused recovery programs
2. Develop and manage the Family and Friends Program to support young individuals and their families
3. Collaborate with clinicians and other professionals to provide comprehensive care for young people experiencing early psychosis symptoms
Required Qualifications:
