About the Role: Full-time, permanent role; Operate all cropping machinery competently; Participate in seeding, spraying, harvest, and general operations; 10-hour days, 5 days per week, and up to 14 hour days, 6 days per week in peak season; Reporting into a supportive leadership structure Team of 7 includes management, full time staff, and casuals during peak periods. About You: Minimum 1 year experience operating farm machinery; Familiar with GPS technology and modern machinery; HR licence preferred (minimum WA driver’s licence required); Committed to a long-term farming career; Strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and self-motivated; Embraces responsibility with potential to grow into a leadership role; Non-smoker; Physically fit.
