About the role
Join the Community Accommodation & Support Agency Inc team as a casual Cleaner based in Mackay, Queensland. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality cleaning services to individuals with disabilities, assisting them to maintain a hygienic home environment.
What you'll be doing
* Providing domestic cleaning services in clients' homes
* Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety
* Reporting any concerns to the team leader
* Adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures
What were looking for
* A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in their lives
* Previous experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
* A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently
* A current drivers licence and own transport with full comprehensive insurance
* A strong understanding of the NDIS and relevant legislation and policies or willingness to learn
* Australian work rights are required for this position
