About the Role
Based at our Muswellbrook dealership, you'll play a key role in supporting the Sales team while learning the foundations of Automotive Finance & Insurance.
Delivering a seamless, professional, and customer-focused experience at every touchpoint.
You'll gain hands‐on experience in:
* Supporting the Sales team to manage enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
* Assisting customers with tailored finance and insurance solutions for new and used vehicles
* Recommending and presenting Car Care products to enhance the ownership experience
* Delivering a seamless, professional, and customer-focused experience at every touchpoint
* Achieving key performance targets that drive individual and team success
* Maintaining strict compliance and accuracy across all transactions
What We're Looking For
You're motivated, confident, and ready to learn. You enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in doing things properly.
You'll also bring:
* Exposure to sales, banking, finance, or insurance (preferred, not essential)
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Solid time management and attention to detail
* A professional attitude with a genuine drive to succeed
* No prior automotive experience is required - we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
