Hays Recruitment has partnered with a growing property maintenance company who are looking to expand their team and bring on an experienced projects supervisor to oversee and manage their residential projects.
This is a permanent position based out of Lilydale, although travel across Victoria will be required depending on project locations.
Your new role
The Project Supervisor is responsible for end to end management of residential projects, from initial enquiry and estimating through to delivery and project close-out. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, profitably, on time, and in line with quality, compliance, and customer experience expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects end to end from quotation, planning and through to completion
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet quality, safety, and timeframes
* Responsible for managing budgets and timelines
* Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
* Keep accurate site records, daily diaries, and safety documentation
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated experience in a project coordinator or supervisor role
* Trade, construction, or project management background
* Experience with estimating
* Demonstrated experience coordinating subcontractors and overseeing site activities
* Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
