The Asset Lifecycle Manager is accountable for leading a team responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of electricity network assets.
About the Position:
* Lead the development of asset class plans, maintenance strategies and replacement expenditure forecasting to ensure optimal asset performance
* Provide leadership and mentorship to enhance team capability and foster continuous improvement through constructive feedback and coaching
* Develop and coach asset engineers and maintenance specialists in embedding consistent and efficient ways of working
