As an early childhood teacher establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset, while nurturing students' social and emotional development is key to this role.A strong understanding of differentiation to support diverse student needs is desirable, along with proficiency in using a range of assessment tools to monitor progress, provide meaningful feedback, and inform future planning.Ideally, the successful applicant should have a thorough knowledge of the early years learning framework (ELYF) and the national qualify standard (NQS) best practices.
