Your new role
As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and grounds/public areas.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Trade qualifications of any discipline highly desirable
- Physically fit, punctual and have a proactive work ethic
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Ability to operate and maintain machinery and tools provided
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
- Ability to identify problems and implement solutions efficiently
