A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager at our Samios Cairns branch. We are seeking an enthusiastic team oriented person who is well organized and shows attention to detail to take on this full time role currently available.
This role offers variety, with duties including (but not limited to):
* Sales Management and achievement of sales targets.
* Building strong relationships with existing customers.
* Identifying new business opportunities and customers.
* Developing sales strategies.
* Providing technical knowledge, experience and support to the team.
* Prioritising company procedures and safety requirements.
* Undertaking regular strategic business analysis.
* Assisting with meeting daily branch requirements.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
* Experience in Plumbing wholesale.
* Strong sales background.
* Ability to develop and manage client relationships across multiple sectors.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence in a range of situations.
* Experience with tender processes including the analysis of financial and operational performance reports.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Computer literate, including Microsoft Office, Outlook.
* Ability to manage a demanding and changing workload and competing priorities.
