As a fast-growing business in a fast-growing sector, we're seeking to take on a Quality Analyst who will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality and services with VS365.
Job/Role Responsibilities
- Conduct tests and inspections to identify any quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality metrics and goals
- Analyse and interpret staff monitoring software intel, and provide recommendations to improve staff performance and reliability
- Identify and resolve any quality issues that arise, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all quality assurance activities
- Continuously monitor and evaluate quality control processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the BPO industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in using testing and inspection equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
