About the Role
We're seeking a delivery-focused Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience to support a case management system implementation.
You'll drive requirements, manage the backlog, and work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
* Translate business needs into user stories & acceptance criteria
* Manage and prioritise product backlog (Azure DevOps)
* Support sprint planning, release planning & delivery coordination
* Collaborate with dev, vendor & test teams to drive outcomes
* Support UAT, defect resolution & data migration activities
* Maintain clear stakeholder communication
Skills & Experience
* Proven Business Analyst experience in complex delivery environments
* Strong Dynamics 365 (Customer Service / CRM) expertise
* Experience with backlog management & Agile delivery
* Proficiency with Azure DevOps
* Strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills
* Experience with UAT, system implementation & integrations (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
* Government or regulated environment experience (Ideally)
* Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate) exposure (Ideally)
* Data migration experience (Ideally)
