About the role
As Senior Library Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and supervising customer service operations across BKI libraries. You will:
* Oversee front‐facing library services, including live chat, inboxes, and phone support
* Manage rosters and workflows for Library Officers, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Coordinate library tours, student orientation programs, and engagement activities
* Collaborate with IT to enhance user experience and troubleshoot IT issues
* Contribute to strategic and operational priorities as part of the library leadership team
About you
* A Diploma in Library and Information Services (or equivalent experience)
* Proven ability to supervise and coordinate teams, including rostering and workflow management
* Strong customer service skills and problem‐solving capability
* Tech‐savvy approach with proficiency in library management systems
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate staff
