* Develop high performing teams ensure great member experiences across RAC products services.
* Deliver sales service strategies support RAC business plan.
* Champion member first culture operational excellence MSC network including MSCs contact centre operations.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications business management related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience leading leaders geographically distributed teams retail branch member service environments.
* Proven record driving sales service outcomes regulated environment.
* Experience change management continuous improvement operational leadership.
* Understanding motoring insurance roadside service delivery.
* Strong analytical compliance commercial acumen.
