What You'll Be Doing:
* Build & Strengthen Referral Networks
– Cultivate partnerships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, GPs, hospitals, RACFs, and more.
* Expand Our Footprint
– Research and break into new NDIS and Aged Care markets with growth strategies that stick.
* Lead Recruitment & Marketing
– Oversee our Recruitment Coordinator & Marketing Officer, ensuring hiring and campaigns align with business demand.
* Shape Strategy & Delivery
– Collaborate with operations, finance, and compliance to balance growth with service capacity.
* Track & Prove Results
– Use CRM and reporting tools to measure ROI, pipeline success, and performance outcomes.
About You:
Essential
:
* 3+ years proven success as a BDM in NDIS (strong industry knowledge)
* Experience building referral relationships across health networks
* Leadership capability (recruitment and/or marketing exposure)
* Proactive communicator with strong networking & presentation skills
* Based in NSW with full working rights (remote role)
Desirable
:
* Existing NDIS/Home Care networks
* Experience in clinician recruitment or employer branding
* Tertiary qualifications in business, health management, or marketing
* Familiarity with NDIS or aged care compliance frameworks
